Who operates this service

What is processed and why
When you call a tool, it processes the contents you supply: dates, AI provider/model labels and recorded counts; optional subscription costs, currencies and value notes; or journal IDs, dates, tasks, outcomes, status, provider and evidence text. These fields may contain personal information if you put it there. They are used only to compute the result requested by that call and returned to your chat client. Evidence links are not opened.
Do not include credentials, full conversations, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the calculation. The tools do not read browser storage or retrieve your private accounts. Fictional demos contain no user data.
Storage and retention
The application does not store request bodies, exports, journal content or results in a database, object store, or application logs. They exist in request memory while the operation is processed and are not available through later requests. There is no account or server-side journal to delete. You must retain any snapshot or report you want to reuse.
The hosting network processes IP addresses and ordinary connection metadata to deliver and protect the service. A Cloudflare rate-limit counter uses the client network address in a 60-second limiting window. Persistent application logs and traces are disabled; infrastructure and security processing remain subject to Cloudflare’s policies. We cannot promise that hosting-provider operational metadata is erased when a request completes.
Recipients
Cloudflare hosts the website and executes the calculations, so submitted tool content passes through its infrastructure. Your selected chat provider, such as OpenAI, sends inputs and receives outputs under its own policies. If you email support, the email provider processes that message. We do not sell submitted content, use it for advertising, or send it to an additional model service from this application.
Your choices and requests
Use fictional demos without personal data. Remove unnecessary journal text and choose only the export period you want analyzed. Stop calling the service to stop sending new content. Manage uploaded files and chat history with your chat provider; deleting a file there is separate from this service. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. We aim to delete support correspondence within 90 days after resolution unless an ongoing request or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Cookies, analytics and international processing
This application sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Network protection mechanisms may be operated by Cloudflare. Its distributed infrastructure and your chat provider may process data outside your country; no specific data-residency location is promised.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child’s personal information was sent to support, contact us. Policy changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
