What to include

Tell us which companion you used, your chat client, the approximate time, and the error message. A small fictional example is more useful than a private export. Please omit credentials, conversation links and personal journal entries.

Common questions

Where is my journal?

The server does not keep it. Save the returned JSON snapshot and attach the latest copy next time. Another device or chat does not automatically have it.

Why doesn’t the report include all my AI use?

GPTandME records supported browser submissions. Native apps, APIs, other devices and times before installation may be absent. Missing records do not establish no use.

Why can’t I install it from ChatGPT yet?

The hosted services are separate from OpenAI’s public plugin review and publication. Listings remain pending until approved and published. You can try the fictional website demos now.

What if an export is too large?

Supply a smaller export period within the limits listed in the connection guide. Never combine multiple backup snapshots by adding their totals.

Privacy requests

Use the same email for privacy questions or support-message deletion requests. We do not retain tool content on the application server; uploaded chat files are managed by your chat provider.
